Assigning icon for appointment or task in Agenda Fusion
1) To select an icon, open up agenda fusion. Click and hold on a particular day that you want to add a new appointment or task in.
2) Click on New Appointment or New Task accordingly. User may also click on an existing appointment to change the icon.
3) Enter the appropriate information accordingly.
4) Click and hold on the appointment until a dialogue box appears.
5) Click on the 'Select Icon' to select a new icon for the appointment.
6) By default, the set of icons that you have previously used will appear. To select an icon from a different set/folder, click on the folder icon on the bottom left.
7) Click on the 'Category image folder' tab to select from the set of icons that you possess.
8) Your icons set may be stored on your device or storage card. To determine where the set is located, use 'File Explorer' to find it.
9) In our example, the sets are stored on the storage card. Click on the '+' sign to expand the folder as it indicates that more sub-folders
10) When there are no longer any sub-folders, the '+' sign will no longer appears.

Choose the folder that you want to use the icons from. Click on 'OK' button.

11) The currently selected folder/set of icons will be displayed.
12) Click on the icon that you intend to use and it will be selected and display next to your appointment/task.

To change the icon, repeat step 4) to 12) accordingly.
